What WardReady is

WardReady is an independent interview-practice tool for nurses and nursing candidates. It provides practice questions and AI-generated feedback scored against a published rubric (see the rubric). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NHS, any NHS trust, any hospital system, employer, or licensing body, and its scores are practice guidance only — not a prediction of any interview outcome, and not reviewed by a human recruiter.

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use WardReady, including paid features and entering payment details via Whop.

03

Accounts

You can use a limited free session without an account. Signing up (email magic link — no password) links your practice history to that email. Each account is for one person; don’t share login access.

04

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are $10.99/week or $99/year. There is no free trial on either plan — your card is charged immediately on checkout and the subscription renews automatically at the same price until cancelled.

Whop, Inc. is the merchant of record for all payments. Whop processes your payment and owns the checkout, receipt, and billing relationship; WardReady never receives or stores your card details.

You can cancel any time from your Whop account — cancelling stops future renewals. If you’re charged and want a refund, contact support@getwardready.com within 14 days of the charge.

05

Free tier

The free tier includes 3 practice questions and one 60-second voice answer, enforced per account (or per anonymous session before signup). Paid plans remove the question limit and increase the voice allowance — see plan details at checkout.

06

AI-generated feedback

Feedback is generated by an AI model against the published rubric, validated automatically before it is shown to you (every cited rubric dimension and quoted piece of evidence is checked against your own transcript). If validation fails, you receive a template answer instead of an unverified AI response. Feedback never comments on clinical correctness (doses, drug choices, diagnoses) or on personal attributes such as accent, age, or appearance — see the rubric for the full list of what feedback never includes.

WardReady does not provide clinical, medical, or career advice, and nothing in your feedback should be treated as such.

07

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use the service to submit another person’s real patient information or any protected health information.
  • Don’t attempt to extract, scrape, or reconstruct the underlying question bank or rubric other than what’s published on this site.
  • Don’t attempt to abuse the free tier (e.g. creating multiple accounts to bypass limits).

08

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from your account page, or by emailing support@getwardready.com. Deletion is a hard delete: your transcripts, scores, and session history are permanently removed, not archived.

09

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. WardReady does not guarantee any interview outcome, employment result, or accuracy of AI-generated feedback.
